Castlegregory swim week takes place in Sandy Bay (Béal Geal) which is situated on The Maharees just outside Castlegregory. Sandy Bay is an ideal location for a swim week as it is a blue flag beach along with being a lovely sheltered little Bay.

This is ideal for those who are learning to sea swim and for those looking to improve their ability in the water. The week has become a popular fixture on the calendar for both locals and those who visit every summer.
